Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and positive part-time sales associates to join our Eton shirts retail team in Stockholm. These roles are temporary posts from June – August 2021, covering sales associates on vacation. The successful candidates will be well presented and articulated, with the confidence to offer a luxury service and build relationships with clients.

Digital Sales Site Merchandiser | North America

Job Description
To grow the Eton Digital Wholesale Online business on all third-party channels including but not limited to marketplaces and major online retailers in North America.

Responsibilities

Digital Art Director

Job Description
The Digital Art Director is responsible for Eton’s overall creative expression towards end consumers in
digital channels. The responsibility includes conception, design and execution of our content in all digital
channels, such as our e-mails, digital display ads, designed social media ads (paid as well as owned) and
on-site creatives (landing pages, start pages, brand pages) for our own e-commerce as well as for
wholesale partners, in order to drive brand perception and conversion in line with Eton’s Brand DNA and
communications platform. You navigate easily within all digital touchpoints and formats, such as graphics,
motion design, animations. You work closely to Senior Art Director.

Copywriter

Job Description
To have the responsibility for writing our content in English for various campaigns in a 360 approach, our e-mails, social media (paid and owned), on site (landing pages, start pages) and ad’s (both digital and traditional) with focus on copy to drive SEO, brand perception and conversion. This also includes the responsibility for writing all product copy, including both our own D2C channels and our B2S and B2B platforms. You are planning the translations to other languages and delivers all copy in time and according to Eton’s Brand DNA and tone-of-voice. You work closely to Senior Copywriter.

Digital Visual Merchandizer

Job Description
Eton is seeking to hire a Digital Visual Merchandizer to join our E-commerce team in Sweden. You will ensure we always have up-to-date and relevant customer offerings displayed in all the right places of the site; both to enhance the customer’s shopping experience and to optimize the sales. You will leverage your Analytics skills to evaluate what’s working well and what needs to be optimized in a data driven and ever continuing improvement process. Given the high-end nature of our products and the experience we want to offer our customers it’s important that you combine the data driven aspect of your work with a strong ability to create well curated and visually appealing presentations.

Main responsibilities
• Merchandizing of product listing pages and other key parts of our site(s) across categories and markets to create visually appealing experiences to hit Sales, Conversion and Engagement targets
• Analyse efficiency and performance of categories and products and to take action on the findings in order to increase the sales results (i.e in terms of revenue, sell-through and pacing of current stock etc)
• Conduct continuous experiments and tests (A/B, pre-post etc) to learn more about what works best for our customers in their respective markets at any given time

• Give firm recommendations reg. image quality and uniqueness in cases where new images could improve performance (i.e by better differentiating shirts that currently looks too similar online)

Online Product Coordinator

Job Description
Eton is seeking to hire an Online Product Coordinator to join our E-commerce team in Sweden as a 12 month maternity leave cover.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all product information needs for etonshirts.com are met and delivered with word class quality. This includes working with cross functional partners to secure that all different types of information that needs to be in place for new products to go live will be ordered and delivered on time (images, copy, product data/facts, categorisation ect), staying on top of incoming deliveries/stock levels and activating products in line with the company’s commercial activity plan.

In other words – you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers get all the product information they need to have a pleasant shopping experience and to make informed purchase decisions!

Frontend Developer

We are now strengthening our development team with two frontend developers, ideally one senior and one junior.

As a Frontend Developer at Eton you will be a part of our tech team with the goal of creating a world class e-commerce experience for our customers. In this role at Eton it will be possible to make an impact on the future development of Eton’s communicative platforms and tools. Primarily you will work with development of our digital solutions, which is directed to both B2C and B2B customers. Our frontend-solutions are mainly built in React, e.g. our e-commerce site (www.etonhirts.com). The team works with both backend and frontend development, also with integrations towards our enterprise systems. Agile development is carried out by a dedicated team with both internal and external developers.

Your Profile
As a senior frontend developer we believe you have a few years of front-end web development experience. We think you have a solid understanding of Javascript but have also gained some good experience from the React-framework or similar JS-frameworks. You have great knowledge and understanding of e-commerce, ease of use and digital communications, as the technology behind. You have a passion for learning and an excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

As a junior frontend developer we believe you have a genuine interest and curiosity around frontend-development. Sales Associate | Eton Brand Store Väla, Helsingborg

Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive part-time sales associate to join our Eton shirts retail team in Väla, Helsingborg. This role of 5 hours per week also includes a temporary post from April – December 2021, covering a sales associate currently on maternity leave. The successful candidate will be well presented and articulated, with the confidence to offer a luxury service and build relationships with clients.

Full product and brand training will be provided.

Social Media Specialist

As the Social Media Specialist you drive Eton’s strategy and presence on all valid Social Media channels, creates a genuine and authentic dialogue with our fans and strengthens the relationship with our community in order to grow the Eton brand on a global market. You create a high level of engagement and grows our following base. The responsibilities includes coordination of the activities and execution on a daily basis, closely monitor and analyse it’s development, optimize based on insights and take actions to drive the development.

Responsibilities

  • Setting and updating the Social media strategy .
  • Planning and execution of Eton’s social media plan for all occurring social media platforms.
  • Actively take part and closely collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce team and create the social media plan with the overall commercial activity plan and business goals in mind.
  • Pre-planning, sorting out content need and content planning in close co-operation with Head of Visuals and Marketing Production team.
  • Daily Social Media tasks; including planning posts, answering comments, engage the community.
  • Updating all social media profiles (Facebook banners, Youtube categorization, Instagram stories archive, LinkedIn etc.).
    • Follow-up, analyse and continuously improve the results of the Eton community.
  • Stay on top of the competitive landscape and relevant benchmark.
  • Actively take part in various matters of social media related project and content creation for social purposes.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Ideally minimum a Bachelor’s Degree within Business Administration/Marketing/Communications or similiar.
  • Analytical, can summarise and draw the right conclusions of analytics, and act based on insights.
  • Strong understanding of the mechanisms of social media platforms, it’s advantageous if you are an influencer yourself.
  • Knowledge within social media tools such as scheduling, posting, reporting and analytic tools.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
  • Knowledge in and interest of the fashion industry, preferably men’s fashion.
  • Customer centric and shows high understanding of the Eton target group(s).
  • Sensitive to the needs and possibilities of a luxury/high-end brand.
