Our richest Dobby weave takes inspiration from the ever-smart grenadine tie: textured and elegant, both tie and shirt fabric transcend dress styles – they are both contemporary and timeless. Although actually a woven fabric, the luxurious dobby has a surface reminiscent of moss stich knitting, for a shirt that adds texture and definition to any style. Unique to this version is the choice of a thicker, even courser high quality yarn. Thanks to that, and an open weave style, the fabric offers great drapability and a pleasant, easy-to-wear mid weight, ideal for all season-wear and garments such as overshirts.
