This spring, we turn our eyes to Italy, and Italian refreshments, to launch a capsule collection unique even to Eton: three shirts — one drink. In other words, we celebrate the feeling of enjoying a warm summer evening, a cold drink, and good friends.

5 cl Stockholms Aperitif Röd
(or double up the Aperol)
3 cl Aperol
A pinch of salt
2 cl lemon juice
Fill the glass with ice
Half a glass of light lager
