Eton’s single jersey. A naturally flexible lightweight fabric, knitted from extra long staple two ply cotton, for strength, drapability, and luster.
This shirt is luxurious, silky, and soft: for a sharp, lustrous look. Filo di Scozia is a luxe fabric knitted from a two-ply, long staple, double mercerized yarn; this process renders the shirt naturally flexible and soft. Comfort is an important factor — but something comfortable can still radiate elegance.
This shirt is made from a refined knitted fabric: an ancient technique that produces a material with naturally elastic qualities for a shirt that is comfortable, relaxed, but smart.
Made with extra long staple cotton (so called ELS) – superior quality fibers from the cotton plant, characterized by optimal durability, luster, and softness. The prerequisite for a shirt that is all of those things. As the industry standard for ELS fiber length is a minimum of 1-3/8" or 34.925 mm, only 3% of the total annual cotton harvest would qualify for making this shirt.
