Responsibilities
• Reaching set sales budgets and KPI’s
• All operational matters at store level
• Maintain Eton’s Customer Service Excellence
• Hire, coach and developing team-members
• Be a role-model and lead by example
• Initiate and implement Eton events at store level
• Staff schedule management
• Responsible for opex at store level
• Partner with corporate buyer on maintaining correct inventory levels and identifying product needs
• Liaison between stores and corporate support (various departments)
• Overseeing standard operating procedures / implement efficiencies in store routines (best practices)
• Training on store operations
• Manage POS, click n collect and other digital applications and systems
• Inventory management
• Obsolescence and theft

The position reports into the Area Manager

Experience and Qualifications
• Ideally a minimum of 3 years of store management experience with proven track record of success.
• And/or a longer extensive sales track record, can be from other similar industries
• And /or a minimum of 3 years of project management at corporate level with managerial responsibilities
• Or a combined 3 years of experience in some or many of the above-mentioned tasks

System Integration Support Coordinator


As a “System Integration Support Coordinator” you will work with technical support work incl. troubleshooting and monitoring of the integrations we have between our systems - which mainly consists of messages and data transfers between our ERP D365 Finance & Operation and various systems such as EDI aggregators, PDM and various digital sales channels such as e-commerce, marketplaces etc.

Most of the work will be done in the integration engine system that handles mappings and queues of messages in and out. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues responsible for system integration/development and customer integration.

  Responsibilities
• Technical support incl. troubleshooting of incoming issues (tickets) from the organization as well as from customers related to either EDI-messages or integrations between systems.
• Monitoring and preventive actions of the integrations and the validations and processing in order to establish high operational availability.
• Documentation of issues (tickets) including organizing, classification, statuses handling and actions.

It is a full-time employment and the position reports to the IT Manager.

Experience and Qualifications
• You ideally are a System Developer .Net or Technical Operations Specialist from Higher Vocational Education (SE: Yrkeshögskolan) or an IT-Technician from University (120 credits) or have equal work experience. Important that you have interest, knowledge and experience in system development and databases including Transact-SQL.
• You are fluent in English and Swedish.
• You are ambitious with a personal drive to take responsibility and work independently.

We offer a part time sales assistant position at our new Eton Brand store at Copenhagen Airport. We are looking for a competitive sales assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company's growth and revenue through sales maximization.

This position requires the applicant to be very flexible and be required to work within the store opening hours, from 06-22. The store is open all year around. The job includes working on weekdays and weekends morning & evening.
