Head of Planning

Job Description
Eton is seeking to hire a “Head of Planning” to join our team in Gånghester, Sweden. At Eton we have a close collaboration with our suppliers and plan production on a weekly basis to enable the most efficient execution in all our production units. As Head of Planning you are in the center of our planning; coordinating the production of products to be delivered on a global market. You work long term, in line with our business plan, as well as being able to quickly shift perspective to mid and short term execution. You embrace the complexity of working with multiple sales channels and business models.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for Eton’s planning function, specifically planning of produced garments.
• Lead and develop the planning function and the work within the department.
• Responsible to continuously keep Eton’s capacity and production in balance with sales and inventory targets.
• Responsible for capacity reservations with Eton’s production units and to make sure that both short term and long term sales volumes can be executed by ensuring necessary capacity on product type levels.
• Responsible for securing a flexibility in production to be able to adjust to quick changes in demand.
• Responsible for the stock levels, service level and inventory turn over of our “Wardrobe Essentials” assortment (meaning “never out of stock” assortment) both in our Distribution Center in Gånghester and in our Regional Warehouse in Atlanta, US.
• Responsible for delivery performance of all produced garments.
• Responsible for production efficiency by executing the best product mix with the right factories.
• You work long term and are a vital part in enabling Etons business plan, at the same time you are also part of the daily planning operations within the planning team.
• You work with continuous improvements. You will initiate and lead change projects to identify and implement new ways of working, including a new planning system to improve transparency and efficiency.

You report to the Supply Chain Director and are part of the Supply Chain Management team. The position is a full-time employment.

Experience and Qualifications
Eton is looking for a talented planner to develop the planning function with the last years changes in business models in mind. Therefore, we expect you to have the following experience and qualifications:

  • You have excellent planning skills and understanding of planning models/principles and tools.
  • You have good understanding of production and recognize the parameters to consider for an efficient production by handling assortment mix.
  • You have a hands-on personality and an ability to work both with daily tasks, as well as with strategies and execution.
  • You have an interest in textile/fashion and are sensitive to the needs and possibilities of a luxury/high-end brand.
  • You are responsive to changeable demands, always with the customer in mind.
  • You have a strategic mindset.

Wholesale Business Controller

Are YOU our next Business Controller superstar?
Eton is seeking to hire a Wholesale Business Controller for European & International markets with the aim to seize Eton’s full potential together with the most prominent retail partners in the world.

You will be responsible of ensuring effectiveness and profitability in the wholesale business for the European and International markets. You will be a key player in the wholesale team and work closely with many different stakeholders throughout the company with the goal to set optimal strategies and maximize sales at the highest possible margin.

You will be part of the Global Wholesale Team, and report directly to the Global Chief Sales Officer, but also have a strong dotted line to the Head of BIA (Business Insights & Analytics). The position is full-time and can be based in either Stockholm, Sweden or Düsseldorf, Germany depending on the right candidate. Some travel will be required to be able to maximize the outcome. Major Responsibilities

  • Tracking, Analyzing and Reporting on performance metrics and KPI:s across all the areas of the wholesale business; i.e. sales, costs, customers, products, sell-in and sell-out, inventory, profitability, payments etc.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting responsibility to ensure predictability in the business as well as recommending actions to keep the pace up whenever needed (sales, cogs, opex and capex).

  • Continuously Evaluate and Develop KPI:s and follow-up tracking in relevant tools.

  • Key liaison for Department Head in achieving department specific OKRs, setup of environment needed to track progress vs goals with clear calls to action.
  • Be the go-to-person for data and analytical needs of the team, automating recurring tasks (i.e. with dashboards), coaching and training others to become more data driven in their own roles.
  • Perform ad-hoc business cases related to customers, markets, projects, campaigns etc, as well as recommending actions related to these.
  • Work closely with other Business Controllers and Department Heads in various tasks and processes and represent wholesale’s as well as Eton’s best interest in these.

System Integration Support Coordinator | Eton HQ in Gånghester

Job Description
As a “System Integration Support Coordinator” you will work with technical support work incl. troubleshooting and monitoring of the integrations we have between our systems - which mainly consists of messages and data transfers between our ERP D365 Finance & Operation and various systems such as EDI aggregators and various digital sales channels such as e- commerce, marketplaces etc.

Most of the work will be done in the integration engine system that handles mappings and queues of messages in and out. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues responsible for system integration/development and customer integration.

As a team member you are a part of the operational work on Eton Warehouse & Logistics Center in Gånghester. You will belong to one of our three work teams, as well as being a part of the warehouse daily work.

Your Profile
We believe you have a few years of experience within UX and front-end web development. You have (or are eager to get) great knowledge and understanding of e-commerce, ease of use and digital communications, as the technology behind. You have a passion for learning and an excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

The role will be based out of our headquarter in Gånghester, Borås, with a goal of working at least 2-3 days a week in the office.
