Business Developer

To continue our development and focus on the end-consumer experience while keeping our long-standing heritage and quality, we are looking for a business developer to collaborate with technology, product and business partners across the organization to improve communication, team dynamics and development processes. The Business Developer will be part of the Business Development team and will manage and support in the execution of various development projects and initiatives. This will be done in close collaboration with team representatives from all parts and all levels of the Eton organization.

The Business Development team’s main focus areas are to predict trends and aim to be an ‘early adopter’, to be the change catalyst of the organization, to execute on change initiatives as well as be an agile and free-standing part of the organization to ensure focus and successful implementations. The role will support in process documentation, providing feedback and requirements during development cycles, user testing, deployment planning and coordination with cross-functional teams and vendors, issue trouble-shooting, collecting stakeholder feedback and reporting on key performance metrics.

Key Tasks
· Responsible for conceptualizing and further developing development initiatives and customers experience based on new technologies and stakeholder insights collectively gained in all channels
· Work with product delivery and other business teams to capture project objectives and scope
· Responsible for developing, piloting and implementing profitable projects in a structured way, including reporting to senior management
· Responsible for setting own project priorities based on business cases and practical situation
· Managing & lead project teams, as well as 3rd-party partners as needed
· Responsible for independently creating high quality PowerPoint presentations with clear storyline for senior and top management on ad hoc basis

· Establish and maintain the project timeline regularly capture and communicate project status

· Support in identifying new opportunities and improvement potential that will continue to transform and disrupt the business, focusing on increased growth and/or profitability, e.g. Unified Commerce/Omni channel services, digitalization/automazation etc.

Product Material Quality Manager

Rollen innebär ansvar för:
• Kvalitetsutveckling, kvalitetssäkring och kvalitetsuppföljning kopplat till så väl ingående material som färdig produkt till kund.

Kvalitetsarbetet omfattar hela kedjan/ processen/cirkeln från produktutveckling /innovation – produktion – användning / kund - reklamationshantering – med ständiga åtgärder/förbättring för att säkra att Etons höga kvalitetskrav upprätthålls.

Digital/Cross-media Designer
