About Our Longevity
We know the right choice of fibers is the foundation for a great, long-lasting shirt. That is why we use ELS, extra long staple cotton fibers, complemented by long staple, mainly from Egypt and California – known for inhabiting the best cotton in the world. These superior quality fibers are characterized by optimal durability, luster, and softness. For your shirt to sustain a long lifespan, however, it is vital that you care for it properly.
There are also additional benefits with caring for your shirt properly. Minimizing excessive washing and staying away from high temperatures is not only good for all of your clothes – it’s also more sustainable. It saves water, electricity, and reduces carbon dioxide emissions, as well as water pollution. By washing less, you’re not only caring for our products – you’re also caring for the planet.
What Does Quality Pledge Mean?
We are committed to ensuring that all our products are of the highest quality – nothing but the best. All the textiles we use, go through the same quality treatment so that we deliver the highest quality shirts. That’s our guarantee to you– and if you’re not happy with one of our products, we’ll do our absolute best to solve the issue promptly.
How Does It Work?
If you are unhappy with your product, simply submit a claim with our Customer Care Team (email@example.com) and they look into it right away. If the claim is applicable, we’ll take it further and determine what kind of repairs or restorations are needed, or if we need to refund completely or provide you with a voucher that you can claim on our site.
What Is a Product’s Lifecycle?
We make shirts that are made to last, but all products have a natural life span and every-day-wear-and-tear is part of a product’s lifecycle. Depending on how often you use and wash something will affect how long it lasts. Still, we don’t expect anything other than quality and perfection when it comes to our fabrics, and we have some guidelines for how long you can expect our shirts to hold up.
How Do I Submit a Claim?
Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and mark your email with claim. When the claim has been handled, our Customer Care Team will reach out to you.
To make it easier for both you and the team, please attach images of the faulty item(s) along with an image of the label inside of the product.
When Is a Product Not Applicable for a Claim?
Our production team test all our fabrics to ensure we give the proper care instructions. If you don’t follow them and your product becomes damaged – then we’re afraid we can’t process your claim. If you’re unsure if your product is applicable, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Quality Pledge team who are happy to help.
Can I Bring My Product to an Eton Store?
Yes. If you’ve purchased your product in one of our stores, then our staff will gladly help. If, however, you’ve purchased the product on www.etonshirts.com – then we kindly ask you to submit a claim to email@example.com.

I Bought My Product from a Wholesale Partner. Can I Still Submit a Claim at Etonshirts.com?
Unfortunately, we can only help you if you’ve bought your product either on www.etonshirts.com or in our retail stores. If you’ve bought your product from one of our partners, please contact the store where you purchased the product.
Do I Have to Pay for The Repair?
If the claim is valid, we will pay for the repair as well as the shipping (if needed).
