Digital Sales Administrator

Eton launched its web shop in 2013 and has since then grown from 4 MSEK to 75 MSEK in revenue. This year E-com will stand for roughly 15% of the company’s total turnover. We are now looking for a driven Digital Sales Administrator who can improve our current E-commerce set-up and future markets connected to it – but also someone to administrate our Digital B2B-accounts.

As a Digital Sales Administrator at Eton you will be responsible for improving our current online markets and helping our partners to grow their business with Eton. You will mainly focus on improving our existing markets but will soon also start looking into expansion to the east.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Digital Sales Administrator at Eton you’ll have lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Our leaders lead by example, always driven by our values and our ambition to make our people and business grow. Your main responsibilities are to:
• Streamline existing markets from a logistics perspective, i.e. enhance current set-ups

eCommerce Sales Coordinator

Eton launched its web shop in 2013 and has since then grown from 4 MSEK to 75 MSEK in revenue. This year E-com will stand for roughly 15% of the company’s total turnover. We are now looking for an eCommerce Sales Coordinator who can be in charge of our products life-cycle.

As an eCommerce Sales Coordinator at Eton you will be responsible for our online product offering and product presentation. You will make sure that we always have the right products online at the right time and that they are displayed in the right context.

Your Responsibilities:
You’ll be in charge of one of the most important part of E-commerce - the products. You will work closely with our in-house photographer and content team to make sure that we present our entire range of products in the best of ways. Analyzing sales data and merchandise the products based on this is also core in this role.

Your main responsibilities are to:
· Upload products to our back-end system (Magento)
· Visually merchandise the products on the website based on data and sales
· Co-ordinate the product content team (including images, product description etc)
· Control, approve and activate/de-activate all products online

Your Skills And Background:

Eton is looking for full- and part-time employees for our shop in Magasin du Nord Kongens Nytorv. We at Eton are looking for an employee that has experience from customer service and direct sales. You need to be flexible and comfortable with direct customer contact. 

We prioritize qualifications as personal interest in men’s fashion and talent for sales, but also understanding for the company’s high standards. You should thrive in a dynamic environment and never leave anything undone. Experience from premium quality cloths are an advantage, but not necessary.

Store Manager Magasin du Nord Kongens Nytorv and Lyngby

Eton is now offering two challenging and exciting positions as Store Manager at Magasin du Nord Kongens Nytorv and Magasin du Nord Lyngby in Copenhagen.

Your main task as a Store Manager is to be responsible for the daily operations of the Eton Shop, results and customer service as well as develop and coach your team. Furthermore, you will also work on developing the store through various store events and customer activities.

Duties

In the role as a Store Manager you are responsible for securing Eton's store concept by planning and organizing daily work in the store. To succeed, you will work with staff related issues, strategies, concept and KPIs.

Furthermore, you will

- Be responsible for all recruitment to the store

- Use your leadership to coach, train and develop your staff

- ensure that the goals of the KPIs, sales, results and costs are achieved.

- Responsible for the profitability of the store

Education experience

We are looking for you who have experience from retail. You have been responsible for staff, budget and KPI. Furthermore, you have documented understanding of economy, operation and customer service in retail.

As a person, you are a flexible and structured problem solver with strong leadership skills. You are independent while communicating and driving. The key to success is passionate, enthusiastic, sales-oriented, initiative and coaching.
