Job Description
Eton is seeking to hire a “Designer” to join our team in Cantù, Italy. As a Designer you are part of the Assortment Team, reporting to the Design Manager. Your assignment is to design, develop and drive assortment and products together with your team. The position is a full-time employment with starting date as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible to create and design products and to build assortment based on set goals.
  • You are responsible to secure a relevant assortment for set target customer by constantly monitoring trends and sales.
  • You contribute and support the Design Manager in the work with fabric research and follow-up with our fabric and accessories’ suppliers.
  • You drive product development, fit and details in close cooperation with the Atelier Team and Head of Assortment.

Buyer

Job Description
Eton is seeking to hire a “Buyer” to join our team in Gånghester, Sweden.
As a Buyer you are part of the Assortment Team, reporting to the Assortment Director. Your assignment is to purchase and secure that all trimmings, accessories and products are delivered on time.

The position is a full-time employment with starting date as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible to drive and own the process and timeline for purchase of trimmings, fabrics and products.
  • Together with the Head of Assortment, you are responsible to initiate the need for new suppliers.
  • You are responsible for purchase of trimmings, fabrics and products according to forecasts and sold-in data.
  • You negotiate prices with our suppliers based on purchase volumes.
  • You are responsible to coordinate and plan fabric and/or yarn/cotton consolidations and reservations together with Head of Fabric and Head of Assortment.

Buyer Assistant

Job Description
Eton is seeking to hire a “Buyer Assistant” to join our team in Gånghester, Sweden.

As a Buyer Assistant you are part of the Assortment Team, reporting to the Assortment Director.

Your assignment is to actively assist the Buyers in their daily work with various tasks and to purchase and secure that all trimmings and packaging material are delivered on time.
The position is a temporary full-time employment until 30th September 2022, due to a parental leave, with starting date as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for purchase of all trimmings and packaging material based on forecasts, set timeline and deadlines.
  • Together with Buyer and Head of Assortment, you are responsible to drive development of new trimmings and packaging material.
  • You are responsible to administrate, and secure quality of product information connected to trimmings and packing material in our systems.
  • You are, together with Buyer, responsible to identify and initiate the need for new/alternative suppliers.
  • You are responsible to communicate any deviation in delivery to all stakeholders.
  • You actively assist the Buyers in various tasks such as order placement and order monitoring etc.

Experience and Qualifications

  • You have either experience from working in the textile industry, experience from working with purchase/being a buying assistant or a degree in textile.

Head of Sourcing and Production

Job Description
Eton is seeking to hire a “Head of Sourcing and Production” to join our team in Gånghester, Sweden.
As Head of Sourcing and Production you are responsible for Eton having the right supplier base to enable the assortment strategy and business plan.
At Eton we have close collaborations with our suppliers, primarily located in Europe. We are sourcing production of sewing and also the material needed for production. Our supplier base starts with weaving mills, suppliers within all kinds of trimmings (buttons, interlining, thread etc) and packaging material (hangtags, cardboard, boxes etc) and ends with sewing of shirts at carefully selected sewing factories on dedicated production lines. We also have long term relationships with a few accessories’ suppliers. During the last years Eton has expanded its assortment offer and are also sourcing ready made garments.

Responsibilities

  • As Head of Sourcing and Production you are responsible that Eton have the right suppliers to match the needs of our business plan and assortment strategy.
  • You source new suppliers and negotiate agreements.
  • You are responsible for all suppliers being compliant, audited and approved prior to buying.
  • You work closely with the planning team and assortment team to secure that Eton have the right supplier capabilities and capacity, both short term and long term, and in line with costs.
  • You support the assortment team in price negotiations and supplier evaluations.
  • You are responsible for the production strategy and to execute it in line with our business plan and to onboard new production units.
  • You are responsible for our sewing/production units, for their performance, for evaluation and development, for agreements and strategic collaboration as well as for price negotiations.
  • You are responsible for cost of sewing as part of the total COGS and you work closely with the Production developer on efficiency improvements.
  • You lead, and work with production related projects and always search for new opportunities to make the best business for the Eton.

You report to the Supply Chain Director and are part of the Supply Chain Management team. The position is a full-time employment.

Experience and Qualifications
Eton is looking for a talented relationship builder with strong negotiation skills to develop Eton’s supplier base to support the next years growth. Therefore, we expect you to have the following experience and qualifications:

  • You have experience from the textile industry and a good understanding of factories within textile.
  • You have an interest in textile/fashion and are sensitive to the needs and possibilities of a luxury/high-end brand.

• Manage POS, click n collect and other digital applications and systems

• Liaison between store and landlord

The position reports into the Global Retail Sales Manager.

Experience and Qualifications
• Ideally a minimum of 2 years of store management experience with proven track record of success.
• And/or a longer extensive sales track record, can be from other similar industries
• And /or a minimum of 2 years of project management at corporate level with managerial responsibilities
• Or a combined 2 years of experience in some or many of the above-mentioned tasks
• Bachelor’s (University) degree
• Fluent in English and Swedish

Lead Frontend Developer

We are now looking to strengthen our development team with a 'Lead Frontend Developer'.

As a 'Lead Frontend Developer' at Eton you will be a part of our tech team with the goal of creating a world class e-commerce experience for our customers. In this role at Eton it will be possible to make an impact on the future development of Eton’s communicative platforms and tools. Primarily you will work with development of our digital solutions, which is directed to both B2C and B2B customers. Our frontend-solutions are mainly built in React, e.g. our e-commerce site (www.etonhirts.com). The team works with both backend and frontend development, also with integrations towards our enterprise systems. Agile development is carried out by a dedicated team with both internal and external developers.

Your Profile
As a 'Lead Frontend Developer' we believe you have a few years of front-end web development experience. We think you have a solid understanding of Javascript but have also gained some good experience from the React-framework or similar JS-frameworks. You have great knowledge and understanding of e-commerce, ease of use and digital communications, as the technology behind. You have a passion for learning and an excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
