Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and positive part-time sales associates to join our Eton shirts retail team in Copenhagen. The successful candidate will be well presented and articulated, with the confidence to offer a luxury service and build relationships with clients.

UX Designer/Developer

As a 'UX Designer/Developer' at Eton you will be a part of our tech team with the goal of creating a world class e-commerce experience for our customers. In this role at Eton it will be possible to make an impact on the future development of Eton’s communicative platforms and tools. Primarily you will work with development of our digital solutions, which is directed to both B2C and B2B customers. Our frontend-solutions are mainly built in React, e.g. our e-commerce site (www.etonhirts.com). The team works with both backend and frontend development, also with integrations towards our enterprise systems. Agile development is carried out by a dedicated team with both internal and external developers.

Your Profile
We believe you have a few years of experience within UX and front-end web development. You have (or are eager to get) great knowledge and understanding of e-commerce, ease of use and digital communications, as the technology behind. You have a passion for learning and an excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

The role will be based out of our headquarter in Gånghester, Borås, with a goal of working at least 2-3 days a week in the office.

Lead Frontend Developer

We are now looking to strengthen our development team with a 'Lead Frontend Developer'.

As a 'Lead Frontend Developer' at Eton you will be a part of our tech team with the goal of creating a world class e-commerce experience for our customers. Sustainability Coordinator

As Eton’s Sustainability coordinator you will report directly to the CEO and lead and coordinate Eton group’s Sustainability/ESG work.

Responsibilities
STRATEGY, ROADMAP, PERFORMANCE
• Together with the Management team, set Eton’s overall sustainability strategy
• Create roadmaps of how to reach the sustainability goals together with relevant stakeholders
• Support the implementation of sustainability strategy and roadmaps
• Support and update the Board and Management Team with Sustainability KPI’s/Measuring our companies’ sustainability performance.
• Map GHG Emissions according to Green House Gas Protocol, Scope 1, 2 and 3

Knowledge
• Take active part in keeping informed about current research, developments to enable Eton to be in the forefront
• Stay on top of coming and current legislation regarding Sustainability/ESG

Communicate and Education
• Be responsible for the overall stakeholder communication:
• Communicate and coordinate with third party stakeholders (e.g EQT, Customers, NGO’s, government agencies, media etc.) to keep Materially Matrix updated and active
• Communicate on a regular basis with colleagues around the world, to secure a unified approach on progress and the way we work.
• Coordinate support, continuous training, and information flow for all employees, teams and departments — help Eton get to the forefront of sustainability though being informed and progressive
• Be point of contact for updated, top of the line external sustainability information – support PR, social media, customer service, marketing, partners, and management (including crisis support and project development)
• Responsible for developing sustainability talking points, together with PR manager, and training Eton spokespersons.

Project Lead
• Project lead annual Sustainability Report
• Project lead bigger sustainability projects that stretch over multiple departments (e.g. GHG reductions) and secure that processes and routines are in place and that our products fulfill the sustainability plan and targets.
• Inspire, assist, and coordinate sustainability projects run by Eton’s different departments
• Support our supply chain in its ongoing sustainability progress
• Drive, lead and develop relationship with research and university projects.

Full time. Working from Gånghester HQ. Reporting to: Eton’s CEO David Thörewik

Experience and Qualifications
• A passion for sustainability /ESG
• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience/Higher education within textile (textile engineer, environmental studies)
• Experience in sustainability work/Min 3 years’ experience of similar work, preferably within the textile industry
• Strong organizational and communicative skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple tasks within multiple teams with the right kind of support
• Fluent in English
• Great skills in MS Office; Word, Excel, Power Point
